Important Information

Active Lives provides day activities and projects for people with learning disabilities and autistic people living across Sussex.

Changes may be made to the timetable due to demand and availability.

Cost

Our core activities take place in a safe and supported environment, and are delivered by our staff in a structured and meaningful way. We offer activities at our Telecom House site and in the community.

The costs are as follows:

  • Full day at Active Lives = £68.80 per person
  • Half day at Active Lives = £34.40 per person

Please note that cooking and bowling will incur additional costs. These will be invoiced in one payment.

Session times

Telecom House

Telecom House welcomes visitors from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Feel free to arrive at 9:00 am and please plan to leave by 4:00 pm.

Morning sessions: 9:30 am to 12:00 noon

Afternoon sessions: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Exeter Hall

Morning sessions: 9:30 am to 12:00 noon

Afternoon sessions: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Other Venues

Times will differ depending on whether people meet at Telecom House or at the venue. Please contact Active Lives for further information on times for the following sessions:

  • Boccia (Tuesday)
  • Cricket
  • Ten Pin Bowling
  • Healthwalks
  • Tennis

Please note: We no longer offer sessions at Montefiore Road.

Sport

Active Lives also works closely with Special Olympics Sussex to put on a range of community sports programmes across Sussex.
