We support individuals, couples and friendship groups, matching people with quality housing that meets their needs.
We also work in partnership with landlords, letting and management agencies, local authorities, and support providers.
Grace Eyre Housing leases properties in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. We have a range of privately rented, owned and local authority properties.
Our professional and dedicated housing team offers a high-quality and person-centered housing service.
As a tenant, we will support you in establishing and maintaining an independent and positive lifestyle.
We can help with:
Our Peer-to-Peer Tenancy Support group enables tenants to meet other tenants and provides opportunities to build skills, develop friendships and participate in activities to support mental wellbeing and confidence.
Led by a Peer-to-Peer Tenancy Support Co-ordinator and supported by Peer Mentors with a learning disability and/or autism, along with experience of managing their own tenancies, the project helps our tenants to manage their tenancies, feel less isolated and feel more able to have their say. It also hosts regular opportunities for tenants to engage through meetings, drop-ins, workshops and social events.
Grace Eyre Housing works with lots of different landlords and housing providers across Sussex.
We let to our tenants on a standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement. Regular visits are carried out by housing staff to meet with the tenants and to inspect the property.
We provide support throughout the tenancy as required. We are responsible for tenant issues with no cost or hassle to the landlord. We repair any accidental damage and can attend to minor internal repairs on the landlord’s behalf.
If you are a landlord, we need properties of all sizes, so please get in touch. We will guarantee and pay the rent, as well as deposits and fees and make regular property visits.
