Co-Production

Co-production at Grace Eyre means we work together with people we support, families and stakeholders to design, monitor and deliver services that work for everyone. Co-production is central to achieving services that are person-centred.

To ensure co-production is part of the everyday expectation at Grace Eyre we have:

  • Embedded a co-productive approach throughout all Grace Eyre services
  • Designed a co-production training programme that is regularly delivered to staff teams, with an aim of 100% of our staff completing this training.
  • Signed up to The Reach Standards and Real Tenancy Test
