The Purple Clubhouse is a monthly club night run by autistic people and people with learning disabilities, through the Purple Productions team, for everyone in the community.
It features DJs, dancing, quizzes and games and often has a theme. It gives people the opportunity to go out more, make new friends and have fun.
It usually takes place at Brighton Railway Club on the second Friday of the month, with additional bi-monthly nights in Worthing. To find out when the next one is, see the links below or check out our Events page and subscribe to the Purple Productions newsletter.
If you want to receive information about future club nights and other events, please sign up to our mailing list.
Purple Productions is Grace Eyre’s events team. We produce events for and by adults with learning disabilities and autistic people.
Our aim is to put on the events we want to see and be truly inclusive. We currently run our monthly Karaoke and Purple Clubhouse nights, with lots more exciting events planned.
Many Purple Production events will be open to all to promote equality, be part of the community and to celebrate what this team can achieve with the wider public.
Through the creation of the Purple Productions events team, we are training a group of leaders who are learning invaluable skills such as event producing, working on a licensed premises and running a business, as well as effective communication and ultimately building their confidence and potential to pursue other life goals.
