We specialise in creating bespoke, person-centred supported living services. We work in close partnership with commissioners, families and the person in need of support to design a support package that reflects individual goals and preferences.
We can help smooth the transition from young people’s to adult services for both the people we support and their families and carers.
We campaign on the subjects that matter to the people we support, while also providing options for people to socialise and have fun.
For other charities and business, we offer training and consultancy services that focus on the inclusion of people with a learning disability and autistic people within organisations.
