Pay Scales and Bands

In 2022, Grace Eyre introduced a new pay scale model.

The pay scale model consists of 5 pay scales each with 5 pay bands A-E.

To move up a pay band in April, all staff must have:

1. completed a full years’ service in their role and
2. completed all essential training by 31st March.
