Grace Eyre staff and volunteers have been very busy at our allotment in Hove. They have been helping to build our brand new polytunnel. This is being done with the skilful guidance of handymen Tim and Daimien. Everyone has worked together and done a great job!
We are super excited to get growing in the polytunnel. We are starting our very own plant nursery where we will grow lots of vegetable and herb seedlings.
We will sell these locally and at Grace Eyre events. Volunteers will learn about growing different plants and looking after them.
There will also be lots of yummy veg to eat. We also hope to supply some vegetables to the café at our Montefiore Road site.
