  • generate feedback;
  • give recognition to employees; and
  • help employees to feel that they are contributing towards success

Meetings should be held in a confidential space. You should put aside enough time to have a meaningful meeting. Notes should be taken on the one to one template and saved in their file. A copy should also be sent to the employee.
