During your team meetings you may want to discuss:

  • Current issues
  • Development opportunities
  • Projects for the team
  • Team updates
  • Service updates
  • What’s going on in the wider organisation

It is good practice to makes notes of what is discussed during your team meetings. These can be referred to at a later date and shared with those who could not attend.

It is recommended team meetings are held at least once per month.
