• Wellbeing Solutions Management (WSM) is one of the UK’s leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)
• Employee Assistance provides you and your family with 24/7 confidential counselling and advice. This service is paid for by Grace Eyre Foundation and is provided by an independent, professional company, Wellbeing Solutions Management
• Employee Assistance Helpline provide qualified and accredited professionals to cover a wide variety of personal and workplace issues
• Up to 6 sessions of counselling – per employee and/ or family member, per annum
• Employees choose counselling type – uniquely, we offer a choice of either telephone or face-face counselling
• Legal, debt and life management advice calls – up to 3 advice sessions per employee and/ or family member, p.a.
• 24/7 Helpline Access – via our free – phone (0800 number), to WSM’s UK based Counselling Helpline Centre
• Life Management Advice – Comprehensive “citizens advice bureau style” advice, information and sign-posting
• Legal Advice and debt advice – expert and practical advice and sign-posting to external support specialists
• Family members included – immediate family members living in same household as your employee
• Employee EAP website – information and sign- posting and online access to all EAP services
