Introduction to the role: Grace Eyre is looking for a Team Leader to join our Choices Team in Brighton and Hove in our 24/7 service. In this service we are looking for someone who can promote independence, choice, and inclusion for the people we support and shares that vision with the service. What we’re looking for – we’re seeking someone who is a confident and a proactive leader with a background in social care, passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people. They will need to be organised, resilient, and great at problem-solving, passionate about inclusion, respecting individual rights, and assisting the people we support to take control of their own lives.
