Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity, where you can earn an income while making a difference to people in your local community?
Grace Eyre Shared Lives is looking for people to become self-employed professional carers, providing support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or autism.
There are three ways you can become a self-employed Grace Eyre Shared Lives carer and make a difference:
To become a Grace Eyre Shared Lives carer, you must be over 18 years of age. While previous experience in care can be helpful, it’s not necessary and you don’t need specific qualifications – just the right values, commitment and space in your home or life. We provide a full induction to the role of a self-employed carer and to Grace Eyre, plus all necessary training and ongoing support via a team of Shared Lives Co-ordinators.
We welcome enquires from people in Brighton & Hove and Barking & Dagenham areas. For those offering a spare room, it is often helpful if this is on the ground floor.
