We are delighted to share that our employment project is in the customer vote for a Tesco Stronger Starts grant!
Stronger Starts provides grant awards of up to £1,500 to local community projects.
Tesco customers can vote for Grace Eyre’s employment project in-store during April, May and June 2025.
Your votes will decide how much funding we get.
So, please support us next time you shop at Tesco!
About the employment project
Only 5% of people with learning disabilities in the UK are employed.
We have developed an employment strategy looking to address this disparity and increase the number of people with disabilities into work.
Our Employability and Skills team supports people with a learning disability and/or autistic people on their journey to paid work, further training and/or volunteering.
