There has been a lot of work carried out by the HR team to prepare HealthboxHR for its launch and we are now ready to launch HealthboxHR system in February 2025.
What is Healthbox?
Healthbox is a cloud-based system which will replace Salesforce for all staff data and tasks. It will allow you to have more visibility and accessibility of your work and personal data including:
- View and edit your personal data
- View on a calendar your leave and sickness absence
- Book annual leave and other leave such as carers leave and celebration day
- View your sick leave and pay
- View internal job vacancies with an option apply straight from the system
- View your rota and complete timesheets for your shifts
For managers there are additional benefits:
- Recruitment applicant tracking system – all applicants for jobs will come through Healthbox making recruiting easier and more efficient
- Onboarding – onboarding of new starters will be completed through Healthbox giving recruiting manager visibility of the process
- New rota and timesheet module – this will allow managers to approve shifts via timesheets in real time making the payroll process much quicker and accurate
The launch
We are launching Healthbox on a phased approach as follows:

| Summer | All staff permanently move to Healthbox from Salesforce for staff data usage (subject to rotas & timesheet and payroll testing) |
If you are due to start to use the system in February, you should already have had your user or manager training. If you have not yet had your training, please email training@grace-eyre.org and we would be happy to go through the functionality with you.
Just before we go live with each phase of the launch, the HR team will send you a welcome email with login details and any relevant instructions but until then, please continue to use Salesforce as you are now.

Next steps
We will be introducing more functionality in stages such as the recruitment and performance module. HR will also be working with the Healthbox team on future developments and so if you have any idea on how the system, please do let us know.
