We are looking for dedicated and supportive volunteers to join our Grace Eyre Ambassadors team. There are opportunities to be an ambassador in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex.
The main focus of Grace Eyre Ambassadors’ work is increasing self-advocacy.
By self-advocacy we mean people with learning disabilities and autistic people speaking out about what is important to them. Ambassadors receive training to help them carry out their role.
This is a voluntary role for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
Our meetings are held in Brighton & Hove and different locations in West Sussex, most often in Chichester and Worthing.
You must be able to commit to attending at least 2 meetings per month.
