All new starters need to attend the Grace Eyre Welcome Day. Learning and Development will email all managers with dates and availability. You will need to book your staff member on this course.
To support your new starter in joining Grace Eyre you will need to complete a local induction with them. A checklist template can be found here: S:\Grace Eyre Shared Folder\FORMS – ONE FRONT DOOR\STAFF FORMS\Local induction
You will need to train your new starter on the main areas of Salesforce they will be using. If you would like any additional training on Salesforce, contact salesforce admin.
Depending on the role you may need to buddy your new starter or support their learning with shadow shifts.
