We are very pleased to have agreed and to share our new strategy, ‘From Foundations to Feelings’, which will take Grace Eyre from 2026 to 2029.
During this period, we will build on our strong foundations and our impact will be measured not only by what we do, but by how people feel because of us.
The new strategy is structured around the acronym FEEL:

Importantly, as Anna Cooley, Grace Eyre’s Co-Chair says, “we will deliver this plan by continuing to work alongside the people we support, listening, learning, and improving lives together”.
A new mission and vision
As part of our ongoing commitment to all the people we support to ensure they can make choices and gain control of their life, we have also enhanced our vision and mission:
VISION: LIFE FEELS GOOD
A society where happiness, rights and inclusion are felt everyday by people with a learning disability, autistic people and everyone we support.
MISSION: SUPPORT FEELS GOOD
Providing good homes and pioneering support, connections and experiences led by Our Charter, where voice, choice, growth and happiness lead the way.
Our Charter
Our co-produced Charter has also recently been revised. The Charter sets out the right of everyone we support to:
- Be listened to
- Belong in our communities
- Choose where we live
- Paid jobs
- Travel around
- Grow
- Good health
- Control over our money
