June is Learning Disability Pride Month!
This is a month of pride and celebration by and for people with a learning disability. Often underestimated as a community, this is a month to shine!

Working with Learning Disability England
We are working with our friends at Learning Disability England (LDE) again this year to help support and promote Learning Disability Pride.
Gary Bourlet, a long time advocate of Learning Disability Pride at LDE, said:

Purple Clubhouse
You are invited to celebrate with us at our World Cup Purple Clubhouse on Friday 12th June with a surprise guest! Be sure to wear your favourite jumper or colours of the country you’re supporting and let’s have some fun! Buy tickets
Neurodiverse-city
Brighton celebrates all our different minds with a FREE day festival and ticketed evening show on Friday 7th August. As a special Learning Disability Pride gift, we are offering earlybird tickets for the 18+ evening show with comedy, music, dance, bands and DJ party for £10 only until 7th June.
Social hub meet up
Puzzlebored is a neurodivergent-friendly cafe every day but starting this month, Monday mornings are a neurodivergent social hub. It is not facilitated by any staff, just a meet up for people to chat over a cuppa, and maybe do a puzzle or two. Puzzlebored, New Road, Brighton.
Laughter Lounge
To close the month, Laughter Lounge returns on Tuesday 30th June at The Joker, Preston Road, Brighton. Get your tickets before they sell out!
Just Be You
Our social club for people in Bognor Regis takes place every Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm so come along to meet and socialise. Find out more: Introducing Just Be You
