These bite sized courses are designed to help adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people to increase their work and life skills and take steps towards independence.
Courses are led by a tutor from Grace Eyre and are free to attend.

- Friday 11th July – Budgeting & Finance (Skills for Life)
- Monday 14th July – Advanced CV Writing & Editing (Skills for Work)
- Monday 21st July – Advanced Interview Practice (Skills for Work)
- Friday 25th July – Interpersonal & Online Relationships (Skills for Life)
Each session runs from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Where
All courses will take place at Grace Eyre, 53 Rowlands Road, Worthing.
Eligibility Criteria
The Learning for Life courses are for people who:
- are 19+ years
- living in West Sussex
- with a learning disability and/or autistic people
