Every three years we go through the Investors in People assessment accreditation.
The process included staff completing an online survey to give feedback on Grace Eyre. Some members of staff also took part in one-to-one discussions with our assessor.
The goal of Investors in People is to assess how we work at Grace Eyre, how we treat each other and what we can do to improve and support one another.
We have recently received the results of the assessment and we are thrilled to reveal that we have been awarded silver accreditation.
This is a great achievement for Grace Eyre!
When we were assessed three years ago, we achieved standard accreditation. Our new silver accreditation means we have made improvements based on the recommendations given and have moved up an accreditation level.
Fiona Pritchard, Human Resources Manager, said:
“We want to thank our amazing staff for their contribution and dedication. Only 22% of organisations achieve silver and it means that the right principles are in place at our charity. All of us are making active efforts to make sure we are consistent and that everyone in the organisation feels the effects.”
We will continue to strive to make improvements based on feedback from our staff, ensuring that Grace Eyre is a great place to work and an employer of choice!
