Our Voices is a co-produced service which includes staff and volunteers who have a learning disability, are autistic or have a professional knowledge of learning disability and autism.
Our Voices offers training in governance, co-production, autism and easy read. We also offer bespoke training and consultancy packages to organisations.

Trustee Training
This training is specifically designed to support people with a learning disability and autistic people into charity trustee roles.
Over the course of 5 sessions, you will develop the skills to think about what is important when making decisions for charities, the laws behind charity governance and how to work together to achieve your charities vision and mission. The course will cover:
- What a charity is
- What a trustee is
- Financial and Risk Management
- Working as a team
- What a board meeting is like.
