Join our Board of Trustees and play a key role in supporting people who have learning disability and/or autism to live the lives they want.

We are looking to recruit a trustee with lived experience to broaden skills and representation on our Board.

We are committed to having an inclusive and diverse Board and to be led by people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people so ensuring user-led activity at this level is paramount to our values.

About the role

Our Board advises so we can deliver projects and services in our community including Active Lives, Housing, Shared Lives, Choices, Events, Travel, Employment and Our Voices (Ambassadors).

We are particularly looking for people with lived experience of a learning disability and/or autism to expand our Board representation. Additional key professional expertise would further broaden the skills of our current board.

We welcome applicants from the black and Asian minority ethnic communities who are underrepresented on the Board. We value diverse perspectives from the widest possible range of backgrounds
