Brighton and Hove City Council want to make sure their online information is as accessible as possible for everyone, including people with a learning disability and/or autism, their families, carers and advocates.

They have created a survey to find out:

  • what people think of their new Easy Read information hub on the Council’s website
  • what information and advice they should share throughout their website and how to best share it.

Please feedback by 31st March 2024 to help Brighton and Hove City Council make sure their online information is useful and accessible.

Who this survey is for

This survey can be completed by:

  • Easy Read users
  • people with a learning disability
  • a parent, friend or carer of someone with a learning disability
  • organisations who support adults with a learning disability

Your support in sharing with the people you support and passing on to their families and carers would be really appreciated.

How to complete the survey

The survey can be completed online or on paper.

Complete the survey online

If you’d prefer to have a paper version of the survey, please contact Frances at Speak Out at francessulikosky@bhspeakout.org.uk or on 01273 421 921.

As well as asking about what you would like to see online, you will also be asked what you think of the main Council website and the new Easy Read section.
