
Money and Numbers is a free 6-week course to increase numeracy skills for adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people. This course is made possible by the Government’s Multiply funding programme.
What happens on the course
Each week, you will attend a 3-hour session led by an experienced numeracy and SEN tutor with support from Grace Eyre.
You will learn about:
- Using and understanding numbers in everyday contexts
- Using and understanding money
- Budgeting and money management
- Bank accounts and online banking
Who it’s for
The Money and Numbers course is for adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people who want to increase their numeracy skills.
To be eligible, people must:
- live in Brighton & Hove
- be aged 19+
- not have a Level 2 maths qualification
When
Fridays
13th January to 17th February 2023 (6 weeks)
Choose from a morning session (10:00 am-12:30 pm) or an afternoon session (1:00 to 3:30 pm)

Cost
The course is free, but you need to attend all 6 sessions.
