It’s Carers Week: 7-13 June 2021
Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
Help us to make caring visible and valuable at Grace Eyre by nominating a carer who has made a difference to your life.
All you need to do is tell us:
- Who it is
- How they make a difference
- Send us a photo of the two of you. Just make sure they’re happy to be nominated and to have their photo shared.
We’ll share your stories on our Facebook page and tell everyone just how much you appreciate them!
