Independent living and progression to work placements are promoted with our customer service, retail training, using computers, money skills and literacy activities.

Our Employment Project aims to increase the rate of employed people with learning disabilities - we want to enable people to live as independently as possible and to enjoy their chosen lifestyles, supporting integration in the local community and in the world of work.

We also run daily cooking sessions in our training kitchen to teach people to make their own lunch.
