Permanent 37.5 hours per week

£22,668 per annum

 

We are seeking a Team Leader 37.5 hours based in one of our supported living services to lead a team offering the highest standard of support to persons with learning disabilities and autism.  

 

Working closely with the Service Manager, individuals are supported by our CHOICES Team. Incorporating values of integrity, individuality and rights into your work will be essential to contribute to the quality of person we are looking for. 

 

You will be responsible for supervising the team, quality monitoring, rota management and managing day to day issues and activities. If you have the skills to support your colleagues, listen to people with learning disabilities and their families, organise rotas and inspire high quality of personalised care, please apply.
