The Neurodiverse Staff Forum is a safe space where people with a learning difficulty and learning disability can share experiences, support one another, and support the work of inclusion – all within the workplace. This supports a culture of collective ownership within the organisation for all our Neurodiverse staff, and also supports the workplace culture and practice of living and breathing our values of welcoming, encouraging, pioneering, joyful, and celebratory.
