We are looking for support workers to work in customers’ own homes across the North West Sussex region (including Crawley and Horsham)
The role involves promoting individuals’ independence by enabling them to build on their strengths and achieve their goals, dreams and wishes. You will be supporting individuals in their own home and in the community with all aspects of daily living skills, including personal care, cooking, budgeting and being part of the community.
You will be part of a rota system with a variety of support sessions with our customers, ranging from two hours to eight hours per session. Some sessions will be in people’s own homes and some will involve taking them out to enjoy the local community and further afield.
