The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex and parts of London and head office based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.

We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with people, who is able to problem solve and is enthusiastic about supporting the people we support to achieve the goals they have set themselves in their lives.

The role of support worker with Grace Eyre combines working with people in Supported Living services, in their own homes and in the community. We support people to learn the skills to be as independent as they can be whilst ensuring they are connected and safe in their communities.
