The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex our head office is based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to become a part of our West Sussex Choices Community Outreach & Supported Living Service based in Bognor the services cover, Chichester, Bognor and Selsey area. The role as Service Manager is to ensure we deliver service user led support, you will lead on the quality monitoring of our service and supervision of our Supported living and Outreach staff.  Together with service users, you will recruit skilled staff who maintain person centred values. Having knowledge of organising rotas you will be responsible for arranging weekly shift patterns.
