Service Manager – BH Community Outreach

We are seeking a dynamic individual to become a part of our Brighton and Hove Choices Community Outreach Service where we support a range of people with different needs based in Brighton and Hove. The role as Service Manager is to ensure we deliver service user led support, you will lead on the quality monitoring of our service and supervision of our Community Outreach staff with support from a Team Leader. Together with people we support, you will recruit skilled staff who maintain person centred values. Having knowledge of organising rotas you will be responsible for arranging weekly shift patterns.
