The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex with its head office based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.
A fabulous opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment to be pivotal in attracting the best talent to grow our team of frontline workers. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will create and implement attraction strategies and liaise, and partner with local organisations to source appropriate candidates to join the Grace Eyre team, working in co-production with people with learning disabilities and autism.
You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to utilise Grace Eyre’s collateral, social media content and website to widen our resource pool and be the first contact to support and advise recruiting managers on their needs.
This role will be on a hybrid working basis and will involve getting out and about networking and attending recruitment events, subject to the needs of the business.
