The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex and parts of London and head office based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.

Grace Eyre’s Choices is recruiting in the outreach service across Brighton and Hove supporting people with learning disabilities, Autism, and other complex needs in the Brighton and Hove area. We support people with all aspects of their lives, such as daily living skills, medication, personal care, and finances as well as accessing community activities. This role involves working in the community, but you will also be part of a supportive team. We strive to promote independence by working in a person-centred way, enabling people to build on their strengths and achieve their goals, dreams and wishes.

If you are motivated, enthusiastic and wish to provide a high-quality service for people with learning disabilities and Autism we would love to hear from you. We offer training and development to enhance your skills and confidence.
We would like to hear from experienced support workers as well as those who want to gain experience and training with an established charity in a rewarding and ever-changing sector.

Successful applicants will be required to provide details of 2 referees (one must be your most recent employer) and undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
