Grace Eyre are looking to recruit a team of support workers to provide cover support (annual leave, sickness, training) to some of our already established support services in Brighton and Hove. We are looking to recruit various permanent contracted positions.

The team will work flexibly to cover support needs in the Outreach across Brighton and Hove Outreach and supported living services. You will be supporting people with learning disabilities, Autism, and other complex needs.  The role involves lone working in the community and as part of a team, promoting individuals’ independence by working in a person centred way, enabling them to build on their strengths and achieve their goals, dreams and wishes.  The job involve evening and weekend work also.

We support people with all aspects of their lives, such as daily living skills, medication, personal care and finances as well as accessing community activities.  If you are motivated, enthusiastic and wish to provide a high quality service for people with learning disabilities and Autism we would love to hear from you.

We would like to hear from experienced support workers as well as those who want to gain experience and training with an established charity in a rewarding and ever-changing sector.

Successful applicants will be required to provide details of 2 referees (one must be your most recent employer) and undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
