Grace Eyre are looking to recruit a team of flexible support workers to provide cover support to some of our already established outreach support services In the West Sussex region ( including Chichester, Bognor Regis, Selsey, Worthing and Southwick). We are looking to recruit Various permanent contracted positions.

Flexibility in availability in order support outreach service to cover sickness, annual leave, training. The job involve evening and weekend work also.

The team will work flexibly to cover support needs in the Outreach across West Sussex area. You will be supporting people with learning disabilities, Autism, and other complex needs.

The role involves lone working in the community, promoting individuals’ independence by working in a person centred way, enabling them to build on their strengths and achieve their goals, dreams and wishes. We support people with all aspects of their lives, such as daily living skills, medication, personal care and finances as well as accessing community activities. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and wish to provide a high quality service for people with learning disabilities and Autism we would love to hear from you.

We would like to hear from experienced support workers as well as those who want to gain experience and training with an established charity in a rewarding and ever-changing sector.

Be able to get to different areas of the local community using public transport or own vehicle.

Successful applicants will be required to provide details of 2 referees (one must be your most recent employer) and undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
