The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex and parts of London and head office based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to develop Grace Eyre flexible support team (Grace Eyre’s internal agency) you will need experience in covering staffing rota’s and be able to use a CRM rota system in order to identify staffing gaps in services due to annual leave and training etc.
Your base would be in Worthing with a remit to cover West Sussex services. You would be working closely with another experienced Flexible support team Coordinator based in Hove who covers the Brighton area.

The role is dynamic requiring excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach. You will supervise flexible support team members, recruit staff into the team to ensure an effective service and quality support.
The role is predominantly worked from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Successful applicants will be required to provide details of 2 referees (one must be your most recent employer) and undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
