The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898. Based in Hove our mission is to work towards being led by people with learning disabilities and deliver high quality housing, support and activities in their local communities.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy working in a well-respected person centred Sussex based Charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and other needs. Join us and be a key member of our Shared Lives Team supporting people to achieve their goals alongside their Shared Lives Carers.

You will work as part of the Grace Eyre management team and will be responsible for the quality, key activities, projects and development of the service working across Sussex and part of London alongside the Head of Service.

You will deputise for the Head of Service, including day to day management of staff, supporting carers and individuals with a person centred approach at all times in this CQC Regulated Service.
