The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex and parts of London and head office based in Hove. Our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to become part of our administrative team supporting West Sussex services.
Working in a friendly environment, your skills will lend essential administrative support to our service. Duties include daily management of communications, data-base input, rostering systems, timesheet and payroll processes.
You will also liaise with service users, internal and external professionals, and opportunities to work with our marketing department to expand our use of social media. Experience and knowledge of data bases, excel, rostering and social media beneficial.
