HR & Training Coordinator (GE2017056)

37.5 per week - 9 months fixed term

£ 19508 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the HR team as HR & Training Coordinator. The role will involve being the lead on all training activities within Grace Eyre including planning and coordinating the annual training plan, working closely with line managers to identify training needs, sourcing relevant training providers and facilitators, managing the corporate induction process and delivering training where appropriate.  This role will also work closely with the HR administrator with recruitment and driving new local recruitment initiatives in partnership with line managers as well as assisting with general HR where appropriate.

CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy HR department. With excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy and changing workload you will have the ability to organise, prioritise and deliver on key training and HR programmes.
