FREE course to increase your skills and confidence with numbers

Grace Eyre is delighted to have received further funding for year 2 of the successful Multiply ‘Money and Numbers Course’ from Brighton & Hove City Council and the Governments Levelling Up fund.

Dates

The sessions take place every Friday morning, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, starting on Friday 5th January 2024 and ending on Friday 23rd February 2024.

Course Information

The courses are for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who would like to improve their confidence and learn about:

  • Using and understanding numbers in everyday contexts
  • Using and understanding money
  • Budgeting and money management
  • Bank accounts and online banking

Each week, for 8 weeks, you will attend a 2-hour session led by an experienced numeracy and SEN tutor with support from Grace Eyre.

Courses are free to attend but commitment to attend all 8 sessions is a requirement.

Eligibility Criteria

These courses are for people:

  • Living in Brighton & Hove
  • With a learning disability and/or autism
  • Aged 19+
  • Do not have a Level 2 maths qualification

Places are limited so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for an application form or for more information.

You may like to match the Money and Numbers course with our Employability and Skills as they work hand in hand. You can do the courses at the same time or on different occasions.
