Gym and swim for adults with a learning disability and autistic people

About the event

Join us for our new swim and gym session in Eastbourne for adults with a learning disability or autistic people.

The session starts with an instructor led swim session to help you improve your swimming.

N.B. You must be able to support yourself in the water or if not, you must bring someone with you.

This session is followed by a gym session led by an instructor to support you to work out at a pace and strength suitable for you.

Come and get fit in 2026 and meet some new friends!

Tuesdays: starts: 13th January 2026

Swim 1:30 – 2:15 pm

Gym 2:30 – 3:30 pm
