Together with our partners Speak Out and with funding from the NHS, we have been running a campaign called “Improving Our Health”.
The campaign focuses on two things:
- supporting people onto their GP’s Learning Disability Register and
- having good quality Annual Health Checks
As part of the campaign, healthcare packs have been sent to every person we support so they have more information on their health.
The packs contain information about:
- Annual Health Checks
- the Learning Disability Register
- Flu and Covid-19 vaccines
- Food portions and labels
- Physical activity
Healthcare packs are now available online.
