We provide supervision for staff at all levels of the organisation, supervision is a dynamic two-way process and is based on a shared agenda. We also have a staff forum where we get the opportunity to listen to staff and discuss ideas around all organisational activity.
Probation and induction
All new staff have a six month induction and probationary period and receive a formal induction and a copy of our staff handbook.
Appraisal
You will receive a detailed appraisal which will be used to identify your personal development plans and set clear targets and goals for your work.
