Choices, our outreach team, works with people who want support in their own home or in the community.

Grace Eyre's community outreach team helps people with learning disabilities in Brighton & Hove develop independent living skills. Choices can help with learning to cook, budgeting, managing medication, personal grooming and aim to promote healthy lifestyles.

We also support people who are trying to get a job, go to college, start new activities or meet new people.

If you are interested in accessing our life skills support activities for yourself or someone you know, please call us on 01273 201904, email choices@grace-eyre.org or fill out our contact form »

'This is the second year that Sam has joined a cooking course at the local community centre. Over the past year, he and his support worker worked together to enable Sam to develop the confidence to attend the cooking course on his own.'
