Grace Eyre's community outreach team provides a highly personalised service aimed at meeting the individual needs of a person with learning disabilities.

Our project workers will support you within your chosen lifestyle with a focus of increasing your independence.

Types of support we offer include:

  • budgeting weekly finances and assistance with income
  • increasing independence
  • planning, preparing healthy meals and understanding how nutrition can help you
  • building your confidence and achieving new skills
  • finding a job, voluntary work and further education opportunities with our tailored employment support
  • accessing sports, attending social events in your community and taking part in leisure activities
  • personal care
  • travelling on buses and learning new routes

All our project workers are regulated, have an enhanced CRB and are fully trained.
