Grace Eyre Housing Options

Grace Eyre offers a range of housing options for people with various different needs. Our services are tailor made for people who are referred through social services Community Learning Disability Teams, ‘In Control’ brokers, or family members where the individual self funds their own care service. 

What we offer is a highly flexible person centred service that aims to support people to maximise their skills for independence. Our options offer support in a number of different settings including living with carers, support within the individuals own home, shared accommodation with floating support and day service provision. Our services aim to enable individuals to take greater control over their own lives and have an active role in local community life.
