• holidays

  

  We offer exciting group holidays, from relaxing hotel breaks by the sea to working trips to France. Grace Eyre can also provide short breaks for people with learning disabilities in Sussex, in the family home of one of our Shared Lives carers.

• respite

  

  We have a range of respite options for family carers in Sussex, Brighton & Hove, to cover both planned and unplanned breaks.This can include support within the person’s home or in the family home of a Shared Lives carer, based in Sussex.

• home support

  

  We offer professional home support to help people with learning disabilities in Brighton & Hove live independently. Choices is a regulated domiciliary care service providing a personalised service tailored to individual needs and wishes.

• housing

  

  We can help people with learning disabilities and their family carers find housing in Sussex. This new service is focused on giving people access to high quality housing and providing them with choices about where and how they wish to live.

• social events

  

  We recognise the importance of sharing ideas, and know that carer networks can be a real source of support to the families of people with learning disabilities. We provide a number of events and social activities for family carers in Brighton & Hove.

• training

  

  Throughout the year we provide a wide variety of  skills and learning opportunities for both people with learning disabilities and their family carers.These events are also a great way of establishing new networks and links.
