Active Lives

This has been an exciting year for Active Lives (Day Services), with lots of developments and changes to what services we can offer.

We offer a timetable of activities, which changes every 12 weeks. This makes it easy for people to try new things and experience new and innovative projects and opportunities.

Choices include; literacy, numeracy skills, health education, reminiscence, horticulture, art, catering and information technology. This is in addition to being part of the local communtiy and our active lives team has supported a large number of activities across Brighton and Hove, these include; bowling, rambling, horse riding, sports competitions and library visits.

We also provide support for employment and the travel buddy scheme allowing individuals to become more independant and use their skills to help others.
